Meet the team

Warren Started his career in property in his twenties, working for a chartered surveyors in Stratford-upon-Avon, he then worked for both corporate and independent estate agents covering Warwickshire & Worcestershire, before finally setting up Sanders&Sanders in 2006. He has a wealth of knowledge in both sales & lettings and carries out all the market appraisals for the company.

Having seventeen years’ experience in the property market straight from college, Amelia has worked for the company for eight years and in the Alcester property market for a total of twelve years. She has exceptional knowledge of the market in and around Alcester and covers all aspects of the sales process, from the booking of market appraisals through to completion. Amelia is also on hand to help with any rental enquiries.

Lilly joined the company straight from sixth form and very successfully picked up the skills and attributes associated with working for an independent estate agent. Lilly oversees all aspects of the lettings process from taking a first enquiry, through to dealing with all of the required legislation, legal documentation, tenant referencing, deposit disputes, property maintenance and most importantly keeping a good working relationship between landlord, tenant and agent. She is also at hand to help with any sales enquiries.  

Claire joined the company eight years ago and has been an integral part of the business. She has extensive knowledge of the Alcester property market and a broad knowledge base of the sales and rental market. Claire is happy to deal with any enquiry, be it sales or lettings and she loves to show people around properties, and in turn help them secure a successful purchase or rental.

Steph has recently joined us from a different career path, and she is very excited to enter the property market profession from a different perspective.  She has bags of enthusiasm and can't wait to learn all that there is to learn from her colleagues. The property market needs positivity, and Steph has lots of it for the future. We are really looking forward to seeing Steph grow with the company over the coming years.
